RATE EXCLUDES

Premium international drinks, Conservation levies (details further below), the Timbavati Gate fee of R230 per vehicle if self-driving (payable direct at the Timbavati Gate in cash or credit card). Please note that only Visa and MasterCard are accepted at the Camp and the Timbavati Gate.

Please note that the Timbavati Gate fee is due to increase to R280 in 2023

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT

No single supplement applies.

CHILDREN POLICY

No children aged 12 and under. Children aged 13 and over pay the full adult rate.

CONSERVATION LEVIES

The below levies are extra and will be added to your booking invoice.

HONEYMOON SUNDOWNERS

Honeymooners or guests wanting to celebrate a special occasion can book our special Honeymoon Sundowners Experience for R500 per couple. 

It's complimentary for couples celebrating their honeymoon and R500 per couple for those not on honeymoon but wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

Please note: Although the Honeymooner Sundowners need to be pre-booked, payment is only accepted at camp. This is due to the fact that the Honeymoon Sundowners are subject to prevailing game viewing conditions and routes determined on the day. Should the Honeymooner Sundowners not go ahead as planned, no payment will be requested.

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am.

• Rates are quoted in South African Rands.
• Rates are quoted per person sharing per night.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates include government taxes where applicable. If taxes increase, we reserve the right to increase the rate accordingly.
• Please note that the fully inclusive rate includes local soft & alcoholic drinks, however this does not include premium international drinks.
• Conservation levies are subject to change without prior notice in the event of the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve amending the levies due to budgetary needs.

ROAD TRANSFERS

 The below transfers can be booked through our reservations office in conjunction with a stay at nThambo Tree Camp. Road transfers are scheduled to tie in with the flight arrival times into and out of Hoedspruit Airport. Please note that these are scheduled road transfers and not private road transfers.
